We have to pick ice cream (not in a cone) and begged her to be two scoops instead of one (as she wanted). Of course the milkshake was not an option. They say she would serve us if what we wanted was fast to prepare. After waiting 10 minutes the same girl came back with what I think was her friend. There was nobody to attend us and we ask a security for information since the shop was clearly open and it's supposed to close at 19:00. At 18:30 we arrived just to see a girl leaving with a milkshake. I just had the worst experience in Glasgow ever!!!! Sunny day outside and me and two friends decided to go for milkshakes to shake and scoops in Enoch. So my advice to anyone considering purchasing food from you.

Also, I did complain to Uber Eats who have refunded me in full this morning. Well just to be clear, i called you several times, you NEVER answer your phone. You tried to be funny with my husband claiming if it was as bad as he said, then he would have contacted you. You obviously don't take criticism well and refuse to accept responsibility for your failure. You claim people are leaving bad reviews because they are jealous of your July specials. I think this is some cheap frozen product you are using to fund your special cheap fish for July. It was batter with strange white mush in it that had a watery consistency. If you can't cook them properly or carry out proper hygiene, all that is irrelevant ! On to your fish, or whatever you claim to be fish, why was there no bite in the fish ? Why was the consistency like watery mush ? That was NOT fresh fish. I don't care where in the world you source your potatoes or how good the quality is. The sausage was overcooked and inedible and your chips were a soft soggy puddle of grease. You Clearly don't clean your fryers very often as the amount of black crumbs stuck to the food was disgraceful. I have NEVER consumed a takeaway that caused me actual concern until I ate from your shop. Your food should come with a health warning. As a result of you leaving a childish attempt at ridicule in your reply, I will also leave my review. My husband left a review that you weren't happy with and seemed to feel the need to respond with sarcasm. Google requires at least one star, I wouldn't even give you that.
