Portable ScummVM can help you run old-school point-and-click games on your computer, but only if you have the data files. You can also run it from removable storage media, such as external HDDs or USB flash drives. More so, it won't create additional files or folders on your computer, nor will it tamper with any of your Windows Registry entries.

Note the use of the names tentacle and atlantis, they are taken from the code column and they will help RetroX to recognize them and use the latest known configuration for those games. This is an example of valid scummvm folders retrox/scummvm/tentacle/ You shouldn’t need any configuration to run these games, you only need the game files and put them in a folder named following the code column. This is the list for currently supported ScummVM games.
